FAQ

Is sports massage painful?
It can feel intense in overloaded areas, but pressure is always adjusted to your tolerance and goal.
How many sessions do I need?
For recovery and stiffness: often 1–3 sessions. For recurring tightness: a short plan (2–4 sessions).
Can I book after training?
Yes. Many clients book after training or the next day to recover faster.
What’s the difference between sports massage and relaxation massage?
Sports massage is targeted: overload, trigger points, mobility and recovery — not a spa-style routine.
Do you work with padel shoulder / forearm overload?
Yes — we often focus on shoulders, upper back and forearms for padel-related overload.
Do you speak English / Spanish / Russian?
Yes — EN / ES / RU.
How do I book?
Book online via Dikidi or message on WhatsApp. Add your sport + main area so we tailor the session.
Any contraindications?
If you have fever, acute inflammation, recent serious injury or severe pain — consult a medical professional first.
How soon can I train after a sports massage?
Usually you can train the next day. If the work was deep and you feel soreness, reduce intensity for 24–48 hours.
Is it better before or after a workout?
Most clients book after training or the next day for recovery. Before a workout we keep it lighter and mobility-focused.
What should I do before the session?
Eat light 1–2 hours before, drink water, and tell us your sport + main area (shoulder / back / legs).
What should I do after the session?
Drink water, keep the day active (walk/mobility), and avoid very heavy training if you feel soreness.
Do you work with tennis elbow / epicondylitis overload?
We often work with forearm and elbow overload from padel/tennis (muscle tension and trigger points). If pain is sharp or acute, consult a medical professional.
What areas do you focus on for padel / cycling / gym?
Padel: shoulders/upper back/forearms. Cycling: quads/calves/glutes/lower back/neck. Gym: shoulders/upper back/hips/hamstrings.
